I am a Personal Trainer with over ten years of experience covering the Bristol area.
I am enthusiastic, highly motivated and committed to helping you to reach your goals whilst laying the foundations of a healthy lifestyle. I prefer to do this through encouragement rather than intimidation, but rest assured, I’m no soft touch! I have found this to be a very successful approach with my many clients in the past.
We start with a free consultation, during which clear goals and targets are set. I will then devise an exercise programme which will be progressive, safe, built to your exact requirements, and most of all FUN. Throughout your training, I will carry out postural assessments to ensure that any muscle imbalances are corrected to avoid injury, ensure more efficient training, and promote well-being. As well as the tailor-made training sessions, I can also offer nutrition advice, sports massage therapy and rehabilitation.
Training sessions can take place in your home or place of work as I have a full range of portable equipment including stability balls, medicine balls, weights, bands, speed ladders and punch pads. Depending on the weather, it may also be possible to complete outside sessions in the garden or a local park.
